PH 5 Pendant Monochrome
PH 5 is probably the most famous lamp that Poul Henningsen has created. It is designed to hang low over the table and provides a controlled and comfortable lighting. The luminaire provides a completely glare-free light. The luminaire has been designed based on the principle of a reflective three-screen system that directs most of the light downwards. The luminaire creates a light that is both downwards and, thanks to the trumpet-shaped top screen, also a side-facing light, which means that the luminaire lights up itself and the area around the luminaire when it is lit.
