Louis Poulsen's PH 3½-2½ floor lamp is designed based on the principle of a reflective multi-screen system, which is based on a logarithmic spiral with the center of the light source in the center of the spiral. The mouth-blown three-layer opal glass, shiny on the outside and sandblasted on the inside, gives a soft diffused light.
