CH78 armchair by Hans J. Wegner
Carl Hansen & Søn has now launched the armchair CH78, also known as "Mama Bear", which was designed in 1954 by Hans J. Wegner. The armchair is handmade by skilled craftsmen and has a distinctive aesthetic based on the way it balances soft, rounded curves with dynamic geometry and fine details. An example of this is the characteristic armrests and solid legs in wood. CH78 is available in several different fabric options. Also to add is a neck pillow in the same design as the armchair, for extra comfort.
