CH410 Peters Chair Peter's chair was created by Hans J. Wegner during World War II as a christening gift for his friend Børge Mogensen's son. Then it was not easy to find quality products so Wegner took matters into his own hands and created the gift himself. The chair he created was simple but ingenious because it functioned as both a functional piece of furniture and an engaging toy. The chair is designed as a three-dimensional puzzle in an untreated beech and is easily assembled without the use of tools - which can be exciting for both adults and children! Peter's chair can be combined with Peter's Table.
