BT1001 Pendant No 1 was originally designed in the late 1960s by the prolific Danish architects Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup. The lamp is part of a series of three lamps inspired by simple geometric shapes and the interplay of light and shadow.
Pendant No 1 has a sleek, conical silhouette that is as relevant today as it was 50 years ago. The lamp is made of powder-coated steel or brushed brass, and the timeless expression of simple, functional shapes fits perfectly in modern interiors.
