BM1871 Outdoor Bench
BM1871 Outdoor Bench was designed as early as 1971 by Børge Mogensen with inspiration from Shaker furniture, with clean lines and functional details. The same series as the bench also includes a table. Rediscovered by Carl Hansen & Søn, the table and bench have been reworked into a more modern design, but remain true to the spirit of its original design.
Made of untreated FSC®-certified teak, which means that the bench can withstand wear and weather conditions to age gracefully over time and has an elegant silver-gray shade. The fittings are always in stainless steel. The bench has robust legs that easily fold under the slats for easy storage when not in use.
Padded cushions in weather-resistant Sunbrella fabric are available as an option and improve seating comfort.
