AJ52 Society Table/Desk
AJ52 Society table by Arne Jacobsen is the combination of elegance and industrial aesthetics. The AJ52 was designed in 1952, when Jacobsen was at the peak of his career. Now he had the opportunity to use new techniques and materials to create the narrow desk in stainless steel. The core of the table top is in molded veneer and has a leather top that is wrapped tightly around a tubular metal frame. Under the table hangs a drawer module with six drawers in wood and veneer. The table compartment is in wood and veneer with a glass front and desk lamp in brushed stainless steel. A very stable and elegant desk, which also works as a good light absorber.
AJ52 Society Table is available in two sizes and with or without table compartment and desk lamp. The drawer module can be mounted under the left or right side of the table. This cannot be moved after assembly. Choose between solid oak, walnut or black painted oak drawers and matching feet.
