Skillinge Bench
Skillinge Bench was the first piece of furniture that designer Mårten Cyrén made for Byarums Bruk. Much effort and thoughts went into understanding how casting in sand form works, and he managed it in the end. The furniture itself is inspired by old-time machine stands that you could see in mechanical workshops and the like. Stable and sturdy in its expression, the bench works well with the material and technology.
