Lilla Åland Chair
Lilla Åland is a true retainer in Stolab's range and a favorite which on many occasions has represented good Swedish 20th century design. Carl Malmsten received the inspiration during a visit to Finström's church in Åland, where several different wooden chairs were lined up. He designed these and after some custom adjustments and additions, typical of Carl Malmsten's style, a serial production could begin.
Stolabs Colours
Together with the color expert Sara Guarantee, Stolab has developed 5 new colours. Colors that all have a connection to nature and become a beautiful match to the different wooden surfaces of birch and oak. Colors that must be durable over time - and that will become tomorrow's classics.
