Eames Plastic Chair RE DSW
Eames Plastic Side Chair is a reworked variant of Eames' legendary Fiberglass Chair. When the chair was first presented in 1950, it was first on the plane as an industrially manufactured plastic chair, made of completely dyed polypropylene. The dyeing is made to be more resistant to wear, and the plastic used in the chair is recyclable.
The molded shell has a high, flexible back, a scaling that supports the back and a front edge that is rounded to give the least possible pressure load on the backs of the thighs - all for a comfortable sitting comfort. This makes the chair the perfect option around the dining table or conference table.
