OPEN PURCHASE & RETURNS

You usually have 14 days' right of withdrawal on goods you bought in the online store, in accordance with the distance and home sales law. This means that you have the right to return an item if you inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to use the right of withdrawal. Read more about the right of withdrawal and any exceptions under item 6 of our Terms and Conditions.

You will get the entire purchase price back, but the delivery cost for the return is for you.

PACK PROPERLY WHEN RETURNING GODS

Be sure to pack your gods well and send it to our return address below. Add your contact information and order number. You can also leave the goods directly to the store during our opening hours. Please note that the return must always be approved by us before any refund can be made.

Please note, do not paste labels or stamps on the original packaging of the product, as the product should be sold on to the next customer.

It is also important that you keep the package number on your consignment so that you can track the package if it should disappear in transporters handling, as this takes place at the sender's responsibility.
