Blown SW3 silver pendant - &tradition

Blown SW3 Silver Pendant Blown, ceiling lamp in mouth-blown glass from & tradition. Blown is the first lamp Samuel Wilkinson designs for & Tradition. The lamp comes in two different designs, finished with silver luster and sandblasted white, both with a quilted pattern. Wilkinson wanted to explore the reflections, distortions and refractions that came from a light source surrounded by glass. Among other things, he studied antique ceramics, old pieces of glass, lenses from antique lamps and lighthouses to see how the light bounced against the different surfaces. The result was Blown, a powerful play that is as beautifully lit as extinguished. The sandblasted variant spreads a soft, sophisticated glow while the clear version transforms the room it occupies with its intricate patterns.
