Serpentine Armchair Steel/Sheepskin
The Serpentine armchair began with an S-curve in pencil and a gut feeling signed Broberg & Ridderstråle. The winding curve eventually became a neat armchair supported on thin steel legs. The design language feels natural, while the attention to detail is enormous. Steel tubes wrap seamlessly around the S-shaped shell to finally land in small stainless steel feet that reflect the light. The cushion, upholstered in sheepskin, leather or fabric, can be easily removed, just as all the components of the armchair can be disassembled and refurbished. The armrests are available in wood or wrapped in leather to give the chair a variety of looks.
