SKOVBY SM115 DINING TABLE - Functional design in a timeless form.
Skovby is known for timeless Danish handcrafted furniture with that little extra - and the new 115 dining table is no exception. Designed by Per Haansbæk, the table is inspired by the oblong silhouette (rectangular with rounded corners), which is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally superior.
SM115 is a wide, oval table with a centrally placed pedestal base and a patented synchronous extension system. The table top is split in the middle and can be easily pulled apart, allowing the hidden extension leaves - stored in the base - to automatically fold up and out. This allows the table to expand from 210 to 280 cm, providing space for 2-4 extra guests and accommodating up to 12 people in total.
