Vilette Alabaster Rug Vilette alabaster carpet has elegant panels of white and natural wool combined with jute combined in a perfect pattern. This rug is handwoven, thus preserving the natural character of the wool and jute, but therefore dirt and unevenness are part of the unique handmade process. This rug does not have an extra backing so we recommend using a non-slip pad, especially if the mat is placed on a smooth surface.
