Trisuperellips Coffee Table Glass Trisuperellips Glas is a stylish and carefully balanced coffee table in glass with chromed steel legs that fits both as a coffee table or side table. In 2014, it was 50 years since the table series Superellips, Supercirkel and Trisuperellips with the ingeniously innovative tension leg construction was presented. This table series was the result of a unique collaboration between Bruno Mathsson and the Danish poet and mathematician Piet Hein. The anniversary was celebrated, among other things, with a glass table where the tension structure is clearly reported. The clamping legs are mounted with a simple grip. The steel's natural suspension properties fasten them to the disc.
