Armchair 400 "Tank"
Armchair 400 is called "Tank" because of its wide and robust design. This comfortable armchair was created by Alvar Aalto in 1936 for an exhibition at the Milan Triennale, where it was also awarded a prize. Everything with this armchair is robust, the wide armrests and seat cushions, which creates great recognition and has made it a favorite since the 30s.
Here it is presented with the classic Zebra fabric. Armchair 400 is of course available in many choices for upholstery in fabric or leather - welcome to contact us for advice.
