Karin 73 Footstool Karin 73 footstool from DUX will be the ultimate complement to the armchair of the same name. Four years after the first Karin armchair, a new model was launched which was named Karin 73. After being out of production for over twenty years, Karin 73 was successfully re-launched as DUX Design Revival 2012. Unlike a regular Karin armchair, which has buttons in the back and seat, Karin 73 has a tightly deep-stitched cushion. Unlike a normal Karin armchair, which has buttons in the back and seat, Karin 73 has a tight deeply tufted seat cushion. Bruno Mathsson designed four classic models, Pernilla 69, Jetson, Ingrid and Karin, together with Dux in the 1960 and 70. The First was Karin, from 1969, who was named after Bruno Mathsson's wife.
